Here’s how our guarantees work:
When you order a product or subscription of TheraSpray, we give you a full 30 days to try them out.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, just contact us via email at support@theraspray.us and let us know you’d like a refund and we’ll take it from there.
You’ll have to return the full and empty bottles to us as a condition of the refund.
(If you have a subscription, you can also easily cancel your order at any time by e-mailing support@theraspray.us)
To be eligible for a return on multiple products, all items but one of each product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
